Professional Services Administrator - Sales & Client Success

The Client Success and Sales Administrator will be responsible for delivering successful relationships and

NetSuite optimization and support for goVirtualOffice’s clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Focuses on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care.
  • Schedules and assists with quarterly calls.
  • Need to identify continual services and upsell opportunities.
  • Assists with quoting under direction of the Sales and Client Success Teams.
  • Works with clients on all NetSuite renewal and upsell paperwork.
  • Works with clients and internal team to escalate and support issues with NetSuite.
  • Executes client communication under the direction of the Sales and Client Success Teams.
  • Monitors continual service opportunities in our NetSuite account.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
  • Required Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experienced in multiple industries.
  • Strong delegation and management skills.
  • Work is highly independent.
